Application instructions
Before applying, the surface must be free from oil, solvent, water and dust. For best product performance, apply the tape at room temperature between 15°C and 35°C.

Scudoflex Aluminium Foil Hot Melt Tape, a premium product by Gladitor Building Products, consists of a high-strength aluminium foil backing combined with an aggressive hot melt adhesive. Protected by an easy-release silicone paper liner, it is engineered for excellent initial tack and reliable bonding. It is highly recommended as a closing and sealing tape for thermal insulation, HVAC ducting, and universal joint applications.

- Aluminium foil backing provides excellent reflection of heat and light. High-strength hot melt adhesive ensures aggressive initial tack and secure bonding. Low moisture vapor transmission rate offers an effective vapor barrier.
- Conforms well to irregular insulation surfaces because of its flexibility. Excellent substrate adhesion to fiberglass, wool, textiles, and metal surfaces.

Applications
- Recommended as a closing tape for Scudoflex and Gladitor Building Products insulation systems. Laminating parts of air-conditioning ducting systems. Sealing and joining ducts to provide an effective vapour barrier in refrigeration applications. General-purpose indoor holding, patching and sealing.
